Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Support Services (Alliance Program)

TxDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Supportive Service Program (DBE/SS) provides training, assistance, and services to minority, disadvantaged, and women-owned business enterprises to increase their activity in the program and to facilitate the firms’ development into viable, self-sufficient entities capable of competing for, and performing on federally assisted highway projects.

This program offers supportive services to assist highway-related DBE-certified companies, including:

  • Technical assistance
  • Construction and business development management
  • Classroom and workshop education courses
  • Financial assistance
  • Networking and industry events
  • Project-matching assistance

Application Process

To apply for TxDOT's Alliance Program, complete TxDOT Form 2686, Civil Rights Division Supportive Services Needs Assessment, and click "Submit by Email." One of the current service providers will contact you regarding approval and to set up your individualized training program.
