The Federal Lands Access Program (Access Program) was established by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The Texas Access Program provides an opportunity for state, county and local governments to implement transportation projects that provide access to, are adjacent to, or are located within federal lands in the state of Texas.
Call for Projects
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), through the Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD), and TxDOT announce the third call for projects for the Access Program beginning Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019.
